Gratuity:  A 20% tip is customary for the crew.

Cancellation Policy: 72-hour cancellation is required by the customer to receive a refund for the trip minus a 10% processing fee. Trips canceled by OTWA, Inc. due to weather, mechanical, etc will be rescheduled to another date.
